Larry A. Martin passed away in February 2011 as a result of heart complications that plagued him for the last several years of his life. Our non-profit organization was formed in 2011 in part to help spread awareness of heart related issues in memory of our fallen father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Larry Martin. Through our annual golf outing and other miscellaneous events we are trying to help inform others about the dangers of heart related issues. Through our hard work these events have grown in size and effectiveness for the past 11 years. Our goal is to continue educating the public on the dangers of heart disease while raising money that goes to the Larry A. Martin Heart Disease Prevention Fund, an endowment fund administered through the The Ohio State University Werner Medical Center.
